'Take It Easy' is about slowing down, trying not to sweat the small stuff or take life too seriously. It’s also intended to inspire some reflection on how we get through our lives and whether there might just be another way, that is kinder on ourselves, each other and the planet.
When lockdown happened, only a few weeks later, a slowing down of sorts was asked of all of us and most people we spoke to had naturally begun reflecting on these things as a result.
We saw lockdown as an opportunity to work on what we wanted more/less of in our lives and to look at ways of being as self-sustainable as possible in our hearts, heads, bodies, and souls and for the environment.
